This recipe is my attempt to sort-of recreate a Thai dish.
Throw ingredidents from olive oil through froz veg in pot and cook at medium-high heat until veggies almost done. While veggies cook, mix sugar and corn starch with some water. When veggies are done, add corn starch mixture and let thicken. Add cashews to veggies, and serve.
If you're serving someone who needs MEAT, you can start by browning a quarter-pound of meat per person, then following the rest of the directions above.
